Regulatory affairs & quality management for health products

Take your cosmetics brand into Brazil, fully compliant, from day one.

HSC Global Group guides foreign cosmetics manufacturers through ANVISA notification, labelling adequacy and import structuring so your products reach the Brazilian shelf without regulatory delays.

Why this matters

Brazil regulates cosmetics differently than most export markets you already know.

ANVISA classifies cosmetics by risk grade, and each grade follows its own notification path. Getting the classification wrong at the start is the most common reason foreign brands lose months before they can sell.

  1. Grade classification. Grau 1 and Grau 2 products follow different technical requirements and evidence expectations under ANVISA rules.

  2. Local entity requirement. Cosmetics sold in Brazil need a locally responsible party to hold the notification and answer to ANVISA.

  3. Labelling in Portuguese. Packaging, claims and formula disclosure must be adapted to Brazilian labelling rules before import.

What we do

End to end regulatory support, structured for a foreign manufacturer.

You keep manufacturing and product development. We handle everything that touches ANVISA and Brazilian compliance.

ANVISA notification (Grau 1 and Grau 2). Classification, dossier preparation and submission for each product in your line, aligned to current ANVISA cosmetic regulation.
Import and local responsibility structuring. Guidance on how your products enter Brazil, including who holds local regulatory responsibility for the notification.
Label and claims adequacy. Review and adjustment of packaging, formula disclosure and marketing claims to meet Brazilian labelling requirements.
Post market regulatory support. Monitoring of regulatory changes and support in case of ANVISA inspection, notification renewal or product updates.
How it works

Four steps from your product line to the Brazilian market.

  1. Product assessment

We review your formulas and documentation to define the correct ANVISA grade for each product.

  2. Dossier preparation

We assemble the technical file required for notification, translated and formatted for ANVISA.

  3. Submission and follow up

We submit the notification and respond to any ANVISA request on your behalf.

  4. Market ready

Products are cleared for import and sale, with labelling adjusted for the Brazilian consumer.
